RETURN POLICY
KISS CREATIONS does not take responsibility for damages incurred in transit.
All items leave KISS CREATIONS in pristine condition however if you are not fully satisfied, we do offer a 7-day return policy on all jewellery less our original shipping cost.
Change of mind returns will not be accepted.
We are happy to discuss options of repair, replacement, exchange or credit for the product depending on its availability. Any refunds will have our cost of shipping deducted.
If you need to return a product simply contact us as soon as possible within 7-days from the date your order was shipped and we will evaluate your return request. If your return request has been accepted, please mail the product in its original condition with a copy of the receipt and original packaging within 2-Business days of last contact to:

As soon as we have received your product we will issue you with your replacement, exchange or credit as previously discussed with you.
